What tests do you perform on gate valves?
A: We usually have pressure test, dimension test as well as the material test. For the pressure test, we will perform water/air pressure test. If the clients need, we can provide the video.
Can your gate valves meet the high pressure requirements？
A: Sure! For high pressure environments, we have self-sealing gate valves to meet the requirements.
How do you operate your butterfly valves.
A: We have Gearbox, motor as well as pneumatic device.
What is the material of your butterfly valve?
A: We have Ductile iron(GG50), Carbon steel(A216 WCB, A105) and Stainless steel(SS304, SS316).
What is the connection way of butterfly valve?
A: We have lug, wafer and flanges(RF, FF, RTJ).
What are the types of ball valve seat?
A:We have soft seat(PTFE, EPDM, etc) and hard seat(A105, A216 WCB, and stainless steel).
Do you have any certificate about the Ball valve?
A:Yes! We have API 6D, ATEX, CE, ISO, and a fire certificate.
What is the standard of your ball valve?
A:We usually take API 6D as the design and manufacture standard, ASME B16.10 as the face to face standard, ASME B16.5 as the Flange standard, and API 598 as the test standard.
