-The seat material of general purpose ball valve employs generally non-metal material, such as PTFE and PEEK. Limited by the seat material, the general purpose ball valve can not be used in case of high temperature application, and application medium with solid articles, and ash dregs neither. So, the application scope of general purpose ball valve is restricted partially.

-Taking this into consideration, TSV has developed successfully after years of hard study full range of metal to metal sealed ball valve, including floating ball valve and trunnion ball valve, which have found extensive applications in such industries as petroleum, chemistry, power, metallurgy, and light industry.

The Main Production facilities we have following
5 Ordinary lathe

10 CNC machining centers
It has the advantages of high precision, high speed, and high efficiency, and can complete complex and fine part processing.
4 drilling machines
Drilling machines can be used to produce holes in various valve components, including various grooves, threads, straight holes, oblique holes, etc.
4 drilling and milling machines
Drilling and milling machine is an integrated processing equipment that has both drilling and milling functions. The machining range of drilling and milling machines is wide, and they can be used to machine various holes, grooves, convex and concave surfaces, etc.
10 CNC lathes
It can be used to produce inner and outer circular surfaces, conical surfaces, threads, etc. in various rotatable parts. CNC lathes have the advantages of high automation and high production efficiency.
