All in house inspection and testing facilities enable us to do the chemical elements analysis, mechanical testing, non-destructive testing (Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Dye-penetration, Radiographic testing), positive material identifier (PMI) testing. As well as special performance testing like High Pressure Air testing, Cryogenic testing, High Temperature testing and Fugitive Emission testing, etc.

Check analysis, C&S using induction analyser .

Corrosion tests (eg IGC) .

In order to ensure the quality and performance of raw materials, we have established a well-equipped metal materials laboratory that can perform chemical element analysis, mechanical testing, non-destructive testing (ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetration), anode material identification (MPI) testing, and more.

In order to ensure that every valve leaving the factory can 100% meet the needs of users, we have equipped various specifications of hydraulic testing devices. For some special valves, we also have special performance testing equipment such as high-pressure air test bench, low-temperature testing cold box, high-temperature testing laboratory, and low leakage performance testing device.
