The quality of materials directly affects the performance of valves. In order to ensure the quality and performance of raw materials, we have established a well-equipped metal materials laboratory that can perform chemical element analysis, mechanical testing, non-destructive testing (ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetration), anode material identification (MPI) testing, and more.
Quality Commitment
The factory test of valves is the final step in proving their performance. In order to ensure that every valve leaving the factory can 100% meet the needs of users, we have equipped various specifications of hydraulic testing devices. For some special valves, we also have special performance testing equipment such as high-pressure air test bench, low-temperature testing cold box, high-temperature testing laboratory, and low leakage performance testing device.
